Open Instagram

Scan and review

Hit Run Scan, whitelist anyone you want to keep, select the rest, and unfollow on your terms.

If the console blocks pasting: Chrome and Edge block console pasting for security. Type allow pasting in the console, press Enter, then paste the script. The bookmarklet skips this entirely. Requires a desktop browser — it does not work on mobile.

Before you start: Bulk unfollowing is against Instagram's terms of service and can get your account temporarily restricted. The tool spaces out its requests to reduce that risk, but the risk is real and the responsibility is yours.
